Perhaps you forgot that this software comes free?! I have been following the discussions in this group for years now, and it amazes me, how demanding and rude some people can be. If you solved the problem, why don't you give back to the community and publish the solution?
I think it is time to acknowledge the great work of the developer(s). And it doesn't stop at developing, all queries get answered within a day, down to inspection of personal and individual user databases. Where else do you get a service like that? I have numerous apps I PAID for and never got an answer when reporting a problem.
