Hi, I am attempting to install version 2.3.1 on my mac (OS X 10.9.5) but am running into some problems. I am a bit of a beginner, so I apologize in advance for my ignorance. My macports also seems to be up to date (version 2.3.3), but I get the following errors when I attempt to follow your installation instructions:
1. I have downloaded the linux file, unpacked it and moved to the directory where it is unpacked. However, when I run "sudo make osx" I get the error "make: *** No rule to make target `osx'. Stop." 2. The README file that comes with the linux distribution has separate instructions for installing on mac. When I follow those instructions and enter the command "sudo python setup.py install", it seems to copy/compile many files and doesn't give and error (though I do get the warning "UserWarning: Unknown distribution option: 'windows'"). However, after doing this, the command "menemosyne" is still not found. Do you have any advice?
