Hi,

If you're mainly interested in running your own statistics, all the data is 
stored in an sqlite database and you can access it from there.

There are also 3rd party utilities which can dump an sqlite database to a text 
file.

Alternatively, you can have a look at how the statistics are currently 
calculated in libmnemosyne. The system is designed to be extendable, so you can 
write your own plugins for extra processing.
