Thank you for your answer!
Yes you are right that reviewing is very important. But at this time I have 
lots of material to learn (lots of cards) and time is very limited. So I 
need to first learn all cards and only if I will have time left I can start 
reviewing cards.
The solution with tags is great! I made tag "Not learned" and put all "not 
learned yet" and cards with 0 and 1 grades in it and activated them. After 
I will remove that tag from already learned cards.  So everything works 
great!
Thank you for creating such great program! It really helps me a lot.
