Today i tried opening Mnemosyne as usual but got error message :( I looked for help in the forum and saw the recommendation to delete the config file. I deleted it and then it opened again with the default database file. When I changed it to my backed up database it worked well, but after closing and trying to reopen I got a new error note:

Please forward the following info to the developers: Traceback (innermost last): File "mnemosyne", line 191, in <module> File "mnemosyne\libmnemosyne\_init_.pyo", line 201, in initialise File "mnemosyne\libmnemosyne\_init_.pyo", line 320, in load_database File "mnemosyne\libmnemosyne\databases\SQLite.pyo", line 375, in load File "mnemosyne\libmnemosyne\databases\SQLite_media.pyo", line 40, in create_media_dir_if_needed File "os.pyo", line 150, in makedirs File "os.pyo", line 157, in makedirs WindowsError: [Error5] Access is denied: 'u:backups' I was using version 2.3. I uninstalled and installed V2.3.3 but it behaves the same. I really need your help in overcoming this issue since the software is not usable now and I really need it...
