Maybe you could cross-compile it from Linux or Windows? I just found this 
<https://github.com/tpoechtrager/osxcross> after googling "os x cross 
compile linux." Doesn't seem to require having an existing Mac, just an 
Apple ID to download the Xcode SDK.
