When I add a new card and select the grade "Yet to learn", I would like
Mnemosyne to show me the card at least once or twice on that same day so that I
can start memorising it straight away.

I am not sure this is a good strategy for memorising cards and I know Mnemosyne
will show me the "Yet to learn" cards in due time, but I would like to memorise
as many of the new cards as well as possible straight away when adding them,
before they are added to the big stack in the system of spaced repetition.

The reason is, I have a reason to learn the card today, because I have seen the
word somewhere / heard it in context / read it etc., it is fresh on my mind and
the motivation is high to learn it right now. I'd like to make use of this
advantage and learn it as well as possible right away, rather than just adding
it and then waiting for Mnemosyne to bring it up at a time when that item will
be almost like any other word in the dictionary to me.

I think this question has come up before but I cannot find that post anymore.
One user suggested adding a tag to solve this issue, but isn't there an easier
way than tagging and then removing the tag again the next day, when adding a
new set of cards?

Sorry if I have missed something. Or if you think this is not a good way to
memorise things, please let me know.

Thanks and best wishes,
Furaha
