Hi,

You can currently already add html links, but if you click them, they will open 
in the review window.

In the current development code, they do open in an external browser, though.

I’m trying to get the same thing working directly from the card browser as well.

Spaced Repetition Learning is excellent for "item"(facts)-learning, but not so 
good at giving overview/ reasoning, arguments. If a Mnemosyne card could have a 
clickable link to external documents/ wikis, this weakness could be greatly 
reduced.
