Hi, As I mentioned earlier, you can just leave your backup on your 2nd drive sitting there without needing to open it in Mnemosyne.
If you need to use the backup later because your first HD crashed, copy back to your (new) first drive in the location you copied it from, and then use it in Mnemosyne in the first computer.
