Hi, On your PC (the server), you can fill out any username and password you like. Then, on your phone, use the username / password you set on your PC.
When you start the sync server on your PC, it will tell you the server address (e.g. 'Sync server running on 123.456.112.15'). It's easiest to try this first with both the PC and your phone on your home network, with your phone connected over wifi to that home network.
