I assume this is due to your system not wanting the load the Qt image plugins:

So far, I’ve encountered only 1 report of this, and I’m afraid we have not been 
able to solve it then…

I’m currently working on migrating from Qt4 to Qt5, so hopefully your issue 
will be solved this way.

Hi Peter,

I see the db_media folder containing all the images that I have tried. I have 
read-only permission on that folder. I have ran the program as an admin and 
still can't see the images.
anything else I can't do?
