I too am looking for this feature.

I would like to have two users to be able to add cards to a central
database but their learning data for those cards be stored on their local
PC.

My friend and I are studying for the same exam and would like to add cards
to one big database but keep our learning data separate.

Any idea how I could accomplish that?

Thanks in advance,
Tony
