When I installed it this is the message I would get after opening up the program. Right after the system error message it would give me a second error (Fatal Error message). I googled the first error online and saw that it was bc of a missing system pack, which I tried to install, but after I reinstalled it it was still giving me the same messages as before, even after restarting my computer.
