Hi, I understand your frustration, but in order to help you I need more details, e.g. 'doesn't work', does it always refer to the error message you posted earlier?
What is the error message you get when uninstalling, deleting the Mnemosyne directory in the app data folder, and reinstalling to the default location? I'd like to figure out what is causing this, and perhaps I need to provide you with a special build which generates more debug information.
