Hi,

You're replying to a very old thread. First of all, make sure you using the 
latest version of Mnemosyne, preferably this one:

Also try renaming your Mnemosyne directory (where config.db is stored) to e.g. 
Mnemosyne.off, so that you can see what happens on a fresh install.

Hi,

I expected same problem, I installed mnemosyne but I can't start the program, I 
received "Unable to load file, query failed". I deleted config.db and config.py 
but this don't solve the problem. Where is "___TMP___.db"?
