I believe I had just tabbed from one window to another (Alt+Tab) and it 
spontaneously popped up.  Maybe I accidentally hit some unknown key combo 
at the same time.  I assumed the program would have crashed after that 
error, but I closed the box and it seemed to just go on as usual.  No 
abnormalities noted in the software's function or my cards today either, 
and it hasn't happened again.  So I'll assume we're all good.  Just get 
worried when I see something like that after investing so much time in my 
cards!
