Hi, What you want is ‘card type appearance’ and then choose the card type you use for Arabic. Then you can pick the font size for the ‘foreign word’ field.

I can't seem to increase the font size for Arabic for my vocabulary flashcards. It does warn me of this in the settings: "this setting will be overridden in card types cloned from vocabulary," but I wonder if there is a way around this.
