Hi,

You have to start the sync manually.

The server needs to be running (i.e. window open).

The free version is the only official Mnemosyne Android app, the paid one 
was a much earlier version that probably won't even work anymore .

(Tim, if you read this, perhaps it's time to retire your app from Google 
Play?)
