Hello, I am required to use the mnemosyne program for my arabic class in college. I have successfully downloaded the program to my Mac computer (10.11.6 software), but the program will not open or run. I am not receiving error messages or anything of that nature; the program simply won't open. I have tried common troubleshooting techniques (deleting and redownloading, restarting computer, etc), but have had no luck.
At the advice of my professor, I am inquiring about my problem here. Is this a common problem or are there any known fixes? I'd greatly appreciate any advice.
