Hi, Normally, Mnemosyne will try and keep sister cards separate for scheduled reviews (provided they are indeed really sister cards and not 2 separate front-to-back cards which happen to have related content).
This does not happen during the learning phase (grades <= 1) though, because then you typically do want to study first the recognition card and then immediately move on to study the production cards. Is the behaviour you see consistent with this?
