Sure, best way is to use 'activate cards' and then save your selected as a 
'saved set', which is some sort of separate deck.

You could also have separated *.db files, but that's not recommended since it 
is not as flexible (e.g. with saved set you can have cards being in more than 1 
saved set) and not compatible with the android client.
