The error message indicates that cheroot was not properly installed. 
Personally, I'd try with 'sudo pip3 install cheroot' to make sure you're 
not installing it for python 2.x or something like that.

If that doesn't help, I suggest asking around on an Ubuntu forum, as the 
issue not really with Mnemosyne itself.
