Hi, With respect to 1 and 3, you probably haven't copied over your pregenerated latex files across. There are inside the default.db_media folder, which should be copied in its entirety.
For your second question, at some point our GUI library switched to a different html rendering library, which meant we could no longer determine the exact size of the question or answer. So, we had to resort to a heuristic. As far as I reccall, this heuristic currently does not support latex images, but it shouldn't be to hard to add this. I'm still a bit confused on how exactly you're using the cards for this though, with respect to scrolling. Do you use the cloze card type? And if the old Mnemosyne version gave much more room to the question, the chances that you accidentally see the next line of the proof should be higher, and not lower?
