After this I converted about 6 more cards without problems. I had however converted about the same number of cards before the crash without problems, so it does not mean much. I also recall, that before the crash, I was shown the dialog, that the card was found to be a duplicate, so that I aborted the conversion. In that situation I had crashes in the past, but I wasn't organized enough to investigate into this any further and I don't recall which version was affected.
