Hi, I tried with your database, but I don't see anything wrong. After hitting "Show Answer", I press "Edit card" to verify that the question and answer are the ones corresponding to that card, and every time it works fine.
Frankly, I'm at a loss here. If you see the answer from the previous or next card, then perhaps there's a graphics issue on your system that the window does not update correctly. But if you say that the answers are completely random, I have no way of explaining it...
