patch fixes:
- DID==-1 - this is fake ID taht comes from SleeImpl
(SleeContainer.getDeployableUnits)
- adds servlet mapping for FormPanel in Du installation so it invokes
correct servlet
- adds library required by file upload part
Curious thing is that DeploymentMBeanImpl has its own copy of mapping
url->DUid,
which is never used.
