Issue 359: invalid ra type descriptors in some RAs

New issue report by EMMartins:
Http Servlet, SMPP and Rules RAs have bad resource adaptor type
descriptors. The element used to declare events is <event-type-ref/> but
instead <<event-definition>/> is used, probably due to copy paste of the
events from the event jar descriptor.
