OPTIONS INFO and PRACK are tested by the JSR 289 TCK. The corresponding TCK
excluded
tests from the excludeList.properties have been commented.
PRACK code committed.
Only one test
com.bea.sipservlet.tck.agents.api.javax_servlet_sip.SipErrorEventListenerTest.testNoPrackReceived001
is currently failing due to a jain sip bug
(https://jain-sip.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=177) :
ServerTransaction for
reliable responses never times out.
A fix is being proposed to jsip.
