2 new maven projects have been added :
* sip-servlets-tomcat-jboss4: to allow us to keep support for jboss 4 and
tomcat
* sip-servlets-jboss5 : to allow us to add jboss 5 support
Some refactoring has been done regarding this (but there is more to come) :
* SipStandardContext, SipStandardContextValve are no longer part of sip
servelts
impl since they extend StandardContext class which is different between the
jboss web
binary used by jb4 and jb5.
* All classes specific to Jboss has been moved out of sip servelts impl
into the new
jboss 4/tomcat specific maven project
* Initial import of code for working with jboss 5 => MSS is not yet able
to load sip
applications
