1. I would let the retransmissions flowing as mandated by the SIP Spec and
if a
response is received on a timed out branch, we just drop it
2. Clustering is being reworked and with the new arch we will be able to
have a IP LB
w/o affinity backed by a Distributed LB that will be able to do keep the
affinity of
the Call to the same node. So this should not be needed anymore
