After offline talk with luis.
Use a JAIN SIP based UA to control smartfrog to start LB and nodes and then
on reception of messages kill one of the node from the JAIN SIP based UA.
sipp won't be used to automate test failover since we have no control over
it to know when to stop a node on message reception, it can be used however
for automating HA perf testing.
Check if the whole thing can be setup in a hudson job ideally following
Issue 1212
