New issue 1313 by EMMartins: Allow Presence docs JAXB Pojos to be deployed
directly in the server binary

Mobicents SIP Presence uses JAXB API to (un)marshall the XML published by
SIP users, but there is no way to plug new JAXB Pojos without hacking the
code and rebuilding the server binaries.
This issue should allow the administrator to (un)deploy JAXB pojos directly
in
the underlying JBoss AS, and use XML or JMX to add the Java packages of the
new classes.
