no in this case the server should send a 500 status code with reason

not implemented" or "Request not handled by the application".
Would it be possible for the JAIN SLEE Server to see if a request has not
been handled
by the app (if subseuqent request) or any apps (if initial request) and the
RA would
create a response automatically thus avoiding the leak and the need for a
timer ?
