MSS can be overwhelmed by load and eventually deadlocked in appenders,
particularly RollingFileAppender

Obviously JSIP logging is stuck into debug logging where it is supposed to
be disabled. That is probably the main reason and first action item here.
Further, we should consider high performance appenders and newer log4j.
It seems this issue only affected the old JSIP stack sipx stable
