closeAllTcpSockets works for non-clustered SIP connectors - over here from the JMX console http://127.0.0.1:8080/jmx-console/HtmlAdaptor?action=inspectMBean&name=jboss.web%3Atype%3DGlobalRequestProcessor%2Cname%3Dsip-tcp-127.0.0.1-5080
Can you give us more information what do you expect from the method? Afaik Sip-Servlets:type=GlobalRequestProcessor is not an item in JMX?
