I attached the debug-level server.log. Because the file is too big, I only
attached part of original file.
I use the new sip-servlets-impl-1.6.0-SNAPSHOT.jar in "INFO" log level and
test in the some environment condition, the problem seems to be fixed.
But I tried the old sip-servlets-impl-1.6.0-SNAPSHOT.jar in "DEBUG" log
level, the problem become hard to reproduce.
I think that your theory is right, but because the "DEBUG" log level make
the server waste more time to output debug message for each SIP packet,
this behavior decreases the probability of getting the same branch id.
