Line 110 (or anything around it can not be part of the
UDPMessageProcessor.run method in any of the versions of the file in the
past. The run method starts at line 170 at least. Unless Jean made some
very unlikely changes offline, there must be a much simpler explanation.
We dont close the UDP port unless the stack is stopped.
