for question 1) right.
For question 2) Routing of tel url is done through E.164 NUmber Mapping
(ENUM) See Issue 2297, and RFC 3263 mechanisms by querying dns servers to
get the correct sip mapping however you bring up another interesting point
is that http, https and mailto shouldn't be present in that list as they
are non routable from a proxy perspective. Georges can you comment them out
as part of the patch as well ?
