Hello Jean,
This problem is occurring at a large customer deployment of several
thousand users and the outage was highly visible at the executive level.
We are having to report on progress for a remedy multiple times per day.
Since this is not a lab environment, running experiments like the ones
suggested are not possible.
We need to find root cause or hear about suggested workarounds as soon as
possible.
