SNMPv3 port is stalled on the AS side of things. Here is the state of the
art :
"According to my reading of SNMPv3 RFC documents, there should be very
little left to do in the conversion to make it v3 compliant.
The repositories are located here:

most functionally equivalent to the old joesnmp implementation.

one where I was trying to get v3 to work. "
