Changes:
- add week compare tests to NodeComparator - to allow step by step
comparison.
- change Element -> Node in patch operation create functions.
- impl simple patch between two document(there is commented out a bit
different implementation which takes into consideration types of patches
from child elements)
- some junits to verify proper selector and content of patch operations.
