REQUEST_TABLE_CLEAR_SIZE

Allow configuration of REQUEST_TABLE_SIZE (# of requests stored for routing
purposes, by default are 10240) and clearing size (actually 5120 (50%)),
which represents the amount of requests discarded once it fills.
