Please take a look:
- added IpV6 support - TODO is IPV4 embeded in ipv6 declaration
- options work properly
- check for absent options before split(); is called
- options are optional
- new getters to fetch "noMatch" --> ! indication
- any/assigned are supported as address
- some junits to verify.
