New issue 2623 by [email protected]: Proxying between different
transports doesn't work

Two things do not work:
1. There are expections when attempting to proxy between transports or
outbound transport is not respected
2. The Record-Routing for supporting this requires either rewritting the
transport for both sides to be compatible or double record routing, one RR
for each transport.
This issue is especially critical for TLS transports.
