Include the 3GPP Rx reference point on the Diameter RA
As a starting point, have AARequest/Answer, AbortSessionRequest/Answer and
SessionTerminationRequest/Answer
Attached:
1. New RA (based on Diameter Gx RA build 2.4.0.FINAL)
2. Snippet to add to dictionary.xml (Also included are updated Gx AVPs
and application definition that I have been using, these can be ommited)
3. New Files to be added to JDiameter project
Still to be done: The AVP structure definition in the RA is not complete -
this should be completed as and when required by users of the RA.
