This issue was updated by revision r18995.
Adding SNMP deployer allowing applications to include
snmp-notifications.xml and snmp-attributes.xml to dynamically snmp
information to the snmpagentservice.
Still need to package the deployer correctly, handling removal of app and
addition of the webapp and sipapp post deployer to add generic information
about the webapp/siapp like number of active sessions etc...
