Decided to move tests and implementation to "services" module. It would be
problematic to shuffle everything for this small fix, which is required
for "services" specific code. As we discussed, mbean adds editors for
SbbEntityIds when its started.
Uncommented methods that we used to manipulate SBB Entities(made some
changes to ensur they work correctly).
