In the case of a locally-generated SipServletMessage, getRemoteAddr() is
supposed to return null. However in MSS 1.6 (unlike 1.5), we get a
NullPointerException.
I believe this is due to a bug introduced in svn rev 19185. getHost() is
called on the Via header without a check to see if the Via header exists.
In contrast, getRemotePort() does perform such a check.
