New issue 3067 by [email protected]: Call to Media Server Demo with video
codes enabled fails. Turning off video and back on, results in Codec error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MSS and configure the jsr 309 media demo dar
2. Start MMS
3. Make a test call to 1010 with 3CX phone with video enabled
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecetd :- Codec Negotiation Error
Result :- NullPointerException
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If you disable video codecs, and make a call, the demo works fine.
However, if you re-enable video AFTER a successfull call, then subsequent
calls fail with 488 Not Acceptable Here .. which is OK.
Attached is a DEBUG level trace of the fist call made with video, then a
call made without video, and then with vido enabled again.
