New issue 3225 by [email protected]: MSS 1.6 + Tomcat 6 initializes Sip
Servlet more than once.

When I deploy RestComm on MSS + Tomcat the container initializes RestComm
more than once causing exceptions to be thrown.
The sip.xml file is located @
